We're looking for a Senior Applied Scientist to join our AI team and help revolutionize the legal industry through cutting-edge machine learning and natural language processing technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced ML models for legal document analysis and prediction
• Lead research initiatives to improve our AI-powered legal research capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our product
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the AI team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and their potential applications in legal tech

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably in NLP
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with large language models and their applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for legal technology and its potential to improve access to justice
